THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT PILOT WERE PRACTICING TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS. THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AND TOUCHED DOWN SHORT OF THE RUNWAY, THE NOSE GEAR WAS SEVERED ON IMPACT WITH THE RUNWAY END ABUTMENT RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER BLADES.
