FORMER WORKER SUES UND
RADIO STATION, OTHERS FOR $35 MILLION MAN SAYS HE WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST A man who attended UND law school and worked at KFJM Radio is suing the radio station and others for $35 million, alleging discriminatory treatment and working conditions at KFJM. Dewey Thomson, who worked at KFJM, said his hours were cut in June 1991 by KFJM music director Mike Olson. Olson then gave some of the hours to another employee, a woman with whom Olson was having a personal relationship, Thomson said.
