Due Process And Regulatory
Compliance?
Elsinga and Bulisco Sidestep
Under
the guise of 'disruption' administration can order a student out of UND without
any sort of due process. What is disruption? A phone call, a student with
his/her own academic ideas, a student who dares to complain about a depraved
staff member? These have all been cited as 'disruptions' that warranted
immediate expulsion from UND on a fast track with no proper hearing. Using the
term disruption in the broadest possible form is illegal by the the laws of the
U.S.Constitution yet UND gets away with it!
