Anti-Chinese Discrimination by UND Administration?

After a year of disuse of the antiquated Kangaroo Court disciplinary procedures used to railroad out Glenda Miskin they are being used against a Chinese American student.

Danny Ng, from Brooklyn NY whose life has been totally distraught has been charged secretly with “disruption” on the UND campus. Mr. Ng is twenty years old, is very polite and diffident and his parents are business people in Brooklyn. 

Gerry Bulisco the UND Assistant Dean of  Students and an ex ROTC officer is prosecuting this case and previously prosecuted Glenda Miskin. Bulisco was accused by Jon Lindgren of the ACLU of violating her due process rights. [see WITCH HUNT ] Bulisco has also been accused of coaching witnesses and ethnic prejudices.

 Aside from this being immoral this is particularly undiplomatic and hypocritical when UND is soliciting students for aeronautics from China after having ripped off the Taiwanese government and having to settle for $250,000.00
